1x80-90kg -very happy with this! That stone is VERY awkward to lift, even off the ground. There is nowere to grip it so pressed it on flat palms. Woha!

50kg to failure + 10 reps assisted.

Great training. Squats were awkward and had a lil discomfort in right knee and hammie. Went ligt, after all, those were not my focus today. Klokovs are great and helps to improve all my overhead work from the increased shoulder flexibility. Had fun outdoors with the lads today, love the summer and to lift outside and challange each other. Back at it thursday for more event training.
