Well........ today was a bit of a first for me. An absolutely awful workout. Really struggled with weight that should be "a breeze" for me.

75 fatigue = 7
*this was not a squat day. but I threw them in for the fun of it and this is where I struggled
155 fatigue = 10, but felt like a friggin ton. Really struggled with these
115 1X5 *struggled with these, too.
