So you guys weigh yourselves first thing in the morning on scheduled days? I tend to weight myself only on Sunday mornings. Today I was 92.3kg Was 97kg a couple of months back and have hit various PRs since. Measurement around the belly button has dropped 2-3 inches I believe. Still have a pot (power belly though).
