Started backloading on Wednesday and down under 100kgs already. Always get a big initial drop (down from ~103kgs a week before) so expecting something more sensible next week. Trained at 1:30 yesterday and only had coffee with cream and a scoop of whey in water before. Felt strong and good energy
Aiming to get sub 95kgs in this phase, possibly as low as 93 but no rush so if I need to do this in 2 or more phases instead of 1, that's fine.
