Thank you gentlemen!! Benching is such a stinkin grind!! It's maddening! I sincerely appreciate your encouragement! My next meet is roughly 3.5 months away. The goal: 225 squat, 125 bench, 300 DL. My last meet was 198/110/270.... we'll see what happens!
