Ha ha, I laugh because my mom raises chickens and insists I eat eggs daily!
Of course, I love them and would anyway.
Short version: Store eggs from egg "factories" come from abused, poorly nourished chickens. THOSE eggs ARE higher in "bad" cholesterol and lower in vitamins, etc. Eggs from properly raised chickens have a balanced cholesterol profile, natural lecithin to emulsify fat/cholesterol and more vitamins than most veggies.
