Yeah, it always makes me laugh when I recommend heavy weights to women who then protest "I don't want to get big." I tell them, I am swimming in testosterone and TRYING to get big and it's slow going, but somehow, they believe 2 reps with a 15# dumbbell will blow up their entire body.
Ironically, most women I know gravitate toward light weights and high reps, which is MORE likely to add size!
