A friend came over and benched to start the session, will hopefully be training together quite a bit over summer and our upper/lower days should be in sync from next week so really looking forward to that.
Deadlifts took a while to get going but quite happy with the PB, form feels spot on, the RDL's I've been finishing with have really helped with the glutes and using my hamstrings more. Had no time for RDL's today though or abs.
Squats, I wasn't really concentrating but they weren't so bad, not as heavy as I'd liked but I'd been in there for a few hours almost by then and was drained.
