i agree. actually i think strength training will make some sexy ladies (if of course they dont eat like a man, lol).
also, really i dont think women would put on a rediculous amount of size(a point where it was grose), without seriously trying to/using "enhancers"
with something like starting strength, she'd be looking better than ever.
