Thanks guy's! Ya i eat sleep and breathe the gym right now which is not a bad thing. I can't help but be a little disappointed in my bench bein 60-70 lbs light of 6 months ago but i am realistic that its just a matter of time and i need to not rush it and stay away from injury.

Ya steve the class work is insane hard and then we go do practical and i sandbag it! I think everyone knows i am too....lol
