Nice first day back! Glad the back is OK. Nice to hear the job is going well enough you are looking to move and drop the commute. Actually, perhaps in some ways the injuries gave you a break you needed given the hours at work and in the car.

And you've got to be kidding me, ripping off a 435 squat your first time back after a layoff! You're a machine.

And I miss my air-conditioned gym I used to go to! I now know what you mean about lifting in a sauna! Jesus, it gets hot down here. 100 damn degrees and my garage feels like an oven, but open the doors and bugs the size of buicks come storming in to rend flesh like it's the apocylypse!
