Clean & Jerk + Jerk
Squats felt awesome and I'm surprised I got them as heavy as I did after the injury and time off. The mobility work is also getting me much deeper which I'm really liking. PM session was crappy. The heat was just destroying me. When I started to feel dead tired after the first 190 snatch, I decided to just finish the snatches and fart around with C&J.
