Good work tonight man, you worked hard and didn't have to deal with any abuse from me.

Your sitting back was a hell of a lot better than last time and you didn't concertina over this time. Bust out some back extensions and reverse hypers with the non-existent reverse hyper machine and you'll get your arch sorted in no time.
