Each set that is performed is started by lifting the weight from the floor. This is accomplished by performing a full Olympic clean to get the weight up, then for back squats, and BHNP the weight is also pressout overhead before being lowered into position on my shoulders. I could also deadlift the weight, and then hang clean the bar into position.
