followed by 6 sets of leg extensions ... glad to see that 3 out of 5 sets are more than 400 ... I've done 440 before infact in last session it was 460 in last set. Just trying to increase wt. in gradual and slow manner so that I don't exhaust too early ... Hopefully will be able to squat 500 lbs in 3 months ...
