So I have a lot of catching up to do here. Doing a C&P style workout, very chaotic, body feels good so I am just getting after it. LA fitness is not bad, they have squat racks and barbells so that is all that is needed. There is also some great scenery.
Form felt good and the hips felt very rested.

Solid training session, weight felt heavy on the squats but form felt pretty good.

Having a lot of fun in Phoenix, I figure I am going to squat again tomorrow morning and then I will probably take the weekend off depending what our plans are. Probably some drinking and planning on doing a hike. That will be interesting, being that it is 112 here on average. Planning to go around 5am on Sunday probably.
Overall everything is going great here, things are just crazy with a 3 hour time difference from back home.
