Default Jwood Check In

I am in Phoenix as most of you know from my logs. Having a really good time. We are staying in a resort so the fitness center is actually pretty nice. However tomorrow I plan on heading to LA Fitness, turns out the gym I was looking at is actually pretty far away. But LA is close and they have a squat rack. I have trained the last 2 days, but kind of random. I am going to do a C&P style workout. When I go to the gym I will do a squat push and pull, when I am here I will train what I can

Monday

EZ bar Circuit
Curls/Skull Crushers
55x15 each
75 x 12 each
85 x 10 each
95 x 10 each
105 x 10 each

Abs
Decline sit ups

I think I actually did more sets than this, but I took very limited rest 15-30 seconds between exercises.


Tuesday
Pull Ups
BW x 6 sets x 10-12 reps

Standing DB Press
30s x 20
40sx 20
50s x 12
70s x 8, 6, 5
These were also done back in forth about 30 seconds rest.

DB Pull Overs
50s x 3 x 10

After this played basketball for about an hour. And I was beat, but had to go to the bar. Very interesting time out here. It is very very hot, but so far so good. Hoping to get a squat workout in tomorrow.
