7/10/2012 Pressing

Took the kids swimming for 2 hours. It was a beautiful day for it. 82 and partly cloudy.

Standing strict bb press:
135X3

145X3
155X3
165X3*
*Last rep was a grinder. I think I started my warm up too heavy. Will adjust for next week.

More strict pressing:

1 Arm DB Rows:

Notes: Still feeling well on the new diet. Endurance was rough but I had just got done with the kids at the pool.
