Ye its mainly the rep work I'm struggling with. My legs certainly know they squatted yesterday. Singles will be coming in the next few weeks, thankfully.

Was a bit of a struggle to setup today with some lower back fatigue and some sets were crappy from poor setups but still some decent work.

Had more in the DB rows but left it there, upper back was feeling good.

Bench roll is still going and my upper body is feeling a lot bigger over the last few months. I actually have some peculiar lumps that resemble traps and triceps .
