Shoulder felt sore after the 70kg sets so I dropped the weight and hit a bunch of reps. Can't wait to get this sorted as I never look forward to pressing any more.
Decided to rep the shit out of the last set. Traps were sore as holy**** this morning.

Squats felt much better today and I was a hell of a lot more confident with them than I have been recently. 235 was fairly tough, so I'm definitely not capable of 250 at the moment, but these things come in cycles I guess, especially with these kinds of weights. Planning on hitting a 240 single next week then I want to start a new routine using that as my 1RM - Smolov again maybe now I've finished the Ed Coan routine?
