Still not feeling it with squats, happy with bar position but they still feel off. It might be in my head but will just keep plugging away. A couple months ago 140 felt light on my back and flew up but its felt like a ton recently. From now on, wrestling boots for all main squat movements. Little toe really got to me today and hips & calves felt way too tight.

After an hour of squatting and pissing about I was dead but the pulls were still half decent although I fatigued pretty fast.
