Thanks btb, but I assure you I will still be training hard haha. It is difficult for me to just do nothing for more than a day or two.
Quick Conditioning Workout before I leave
5 sprints x back pedal then sprint back 20-30 yards
Hill Sprints x 5 x around 60-70 yards (only slightly uphill)
95 pounds x 3, 4, 5
Need to get back into this, my squats feel awful on these. Not sure why, but these were tough. Maybe too much sprinting before hand, not sure, will do them more
That was it, got it in before it got too hot here. I will be leaving in a couple hours, take to relax before my 5 hour flight.
