Saturday Fun Session
Today was a very laid back day in the gym, there was quite a few of us kind of training and hanging out for a while. Got in some decent work too.

Speed Box Squats Cambered Bar
*used doubled average bands, tons of tension at the top
150x 2 x 2
200 x 8 x 2
Very short rest

GMs
110 x 5
130 x 2 x 5
Easing the lower back into things

Walking Lunges
35s x 3 x around 10 reps each leg

Back Extension
BW x 12
plus mini band x 3 x 10
Really focusing on a stretch and squeeze

Reverse Hyper
2 plates x 2 x 20

Good session, training will be messed up for the next 2 weeks. Being that I will be in Phoenix, probably will be good to give myself a couple days off. I should figure out something by Tuesday or Wednesday and then I should get in some sessions
