If you do compound lifts with intensity and limited rest between sets you'll have one hell of a 30 minute workout.
30 minutes of squats/deadlifts/power cleans/rows/bench/military press/(insert compound movement here) with focus is much better than
90 minutes of farting around doing random stuff.
You can do 3-5 sets of 2-3 compound lifts plus warm up sets if you plan it out.
