so my back injury, sprained one or several ligaments in my lower back. Nothing too serious thank god just need some time off. I tried an upper body workout and my back locked up and hurt for 3 days so. Time off, it must be done. Hopefully I can get back to 20 rep squats soon I miss them dearly.
