Friday Turned out to be a decent workout
I got out of work super early today so I wanted to train when I got home. But I really just did not know what to do, I am a little limited right now trying to get my back to heal. So decided I would have to do some gun work, went to the basement no motivation. So I called myself some choice words and forced myself out into the afternoon heat for some sprints.
Mobility Drills, good warm up and also conditioning
40 yards x 6 sprints
Just walked back and went again. This got my motivation up, and it is like 100 degrees outside.
Not sure of weights and sets so I will just list exercises
BB curls super set with Single OH tri extension
6-8 sets of at least 10 reps
Tri Pushdown and Hammer curls
Think I did 3 sets here
Going to do some rolling out and stretching. Squats tomorrow, probably some for of speed squats and then it is off to arizona for 2 weeks. I have my eye on a gym that is close to my hotel, check it out:
