200x9 - PR, I wanted to attempt #10 badly but with no spotter I had to play it safe
245x1 - again, felt I had #2 in me but might not of. So didn't attempt without a spotter
Had to cut it short but still felt good. Shoulders are probably actually thanking me right now for not doing more, but i need to still be doing more volume and secondary work. I'm not even close to being an advanced lifter yet, where i can go in and just do some heavy bench work and be able to call it a day.
