Thursday OHP
Pretty good training session even though I felt terrible. Was out in field today at work, in the heat and the only thing around to eat was macdonalds, did not get to pack my lunch from all the holiday madness. So it made me feel terrible and workout was slow paced

This is a good sign, 10 more pounds than last week and only 1 less rep. That means next week I should match that. Progress

DB Row

These wear down the triceps fast, there is a lot of tension at the top

Turned out to be a decent session. Nothing crazy, but everything went pretty well. Stomach is really feeling off, going to have a nice salad for dinner and probably just a protein shake later. Need to get things under control before I spend 2 weeks in phoenix eating junk food everyday. Good 2 week bulk should be good though.
