Solid set, need to readjust to the flat shoes. I like the fact that I can feel the weight through my heels. I can feel the soreness in my glutes and hammies.
I've been wondering if I should try squat shows with a heel. So overall you think the flats might be a better fit for the squat, or maybe just a personal thing?
