Wednesday Quick Session
Heading to the beach for 4th of July, but I got it in. Session was only 30 minutes, just goes to show when you focus you can get stuff done
185x 8 sets x 3 reps
Very minimal rest, right around 30 seconds
Decline Sit ups
Poor Man reverse hyper
Light curls/tri extensions
Lower back felt great. Even though I am pretty sore from squats yesterday, body needs to adjust again. Will be crushing it again soon!
