Tuesday Squats in Chucks
Back to my roots, squatting in my chucks. I think I have allowed my hamstrings to fall behind due to the heels on my shoes. Allowing me to use more quads in my squats.

Solid set, need to readjust to the flat shoes. I like the fact that I can feel the weight through my heels. I can feel the soreness in my glutes and hammies.

Wow hamstrings were so tight, almost cramped.

Reverse Hyper

4 plates and 25s x 3 x 10
Really starting to get these.

That is it. Lower back felt great today, debated doing deads but decided to wait. Need to keep working form with the flat shoes, but they felt great today. It was like a completely new lift again. Time to crush squats.
