Monday Bench Press
Bench finally felt better today, weights were moving nicely. Lower back is almost healed. Could feel a little soreness today, but nothing serious. Did some light reverse hypers at the beginning and end of the workout. Tomorrow after squats I will do heavier reverse hypers, and core training.

260x 9 Not sure if this was a PR but definitely felt a lot better than the 240 from last week. Reps were more strict and tight and smooth. Getting better.

Awesome session. Especially since I felt dead tired at the end of work today. I did not sleep well last night, but once I got started I killed it!
Hoping squats go well tomorrow, dropping the weight a little bit and going back to my chucks. Getting back to my roots, haha. Just a little more variety for a while.
