Hate pumps. When I get then, I GET them. Shoulder and lower back pumps kill me. They are beyond painful. There have been some squat workouts when I accidentally took a minor amount of creatine where I would have to wait 20 minutes in between sets.

I was far less pump sensitive when i was smaller, for whatever reason.
