New Schedule : 02.07.2012

First half of week will be light wt. (70-75%) 5X5 with emphasis on trying to add reps / wt. in each session so that the base wt. will go up. This will eventually help me in getting my 1RM to next level. Assistance exercise will me more targeted on reps to get maximum pump.

Second half will be mostly consists of single / doubles for Bench / DL / Squat. Waiting for your valuable feedbacks ...

Followed by 5 sets of Pull Ups and 5 sets of Triceps extensions.
Base Wt. target for next schedule is 310 lbs.
