Had a nice lazy sunday, waited for Boucher to get done for at 5 to train. We did a fairly quick session, it was terribly hot again here today.
A lot of warmups 4-6 sets of 1-2 flips
Timed Sets 1 Minute, 2 rounds
Round 1-I think 11 flips
Round 2- around 8-9 flips
Tough to keep track of the number of flips, 1 minute is a very long time when you are flipping a tire.
Circus Dumbell Kinda
(2 arm clean and 1 arm press, with fat gripz)
60 x 3 each arm
80s x 1 each arm
110s x 3 singles each arm
90s x 6 each arm to finish up
This is a very awkward movement on the shoulders, lots of stabilization when push pressing one DB
Good session, low back felt pretty good. Did not get any real pain. Going to wait 3 more weeks to deadlift, really because after next sunday I will be in phoenix for 2 weeks. So it will depend on what kind of gym I can find.
