Agreed. In that case, cheeseburgers will do nicely.
There's usually some fast food joint running a special on burgers. I can usually find a whopper size burger for a buck most days of the week. However I also have all my own stuff. Blenders, freezers, and space to do this stuff.
I take protein powder to work with me, and mix it up in a cup, and chug it down, with a couple of fish oil caps. Not an epicurean delight of a meal but it gets the job done.
