Saturday Good Session
Hit some front squats yesterday, was heading to the beach so I got it in. Back is feeling good, need to keep hitting the core hard.

Front Squats

225x3
245x5 singles
Need to continue to work on these, wanted to stay light and keep my form tight.

Pull Throughs

Decline Sit ups
bw x 4 x 15-20

Poor Man Reverse Hypers

Good workout, good recovery. Hitting strongman later today, should be awesome.
