I would watch the sugar levels of all of these weight gainers especially muscle juice, here is my weight gainer:

2 scoops protein
2 tablespoons peanut butter or more
2 scoops ice cream or yogurt
1 Banana
Ice/Milk

Need more calories add more peanut butter or ice cream, works for me
