Yeah I'm glad I came out of that unscathed. It could have been much worse.
I just missed a bench PR today. I'm a little disappointed about it because it was a mental error and it shouldn't have happened. I'm happy because I know I've got the strength to hit the weight if I keep my form and technique the way it needs to be. Progress is good.
