I agree with the lads Hazz. You train very hard and your dedication and balls will serve you well. That 600 deadlift will come no worries so you can pace yourself. The injury really does suck but as has already been said, you'll be an even more awesome lifter once you get back near 100%.
I hope one day to be somewhere in the ballpark of what you can lift although it will take bloody years!
