Try turning that box through 45 degrees. That way the corner sits between your legs and it's easier to set yourself up at the right position.
Also if that video is of the first effort, way to go for attempting it a second time.
Yeah I think I may have had the box back too far. It was my 1st attempt. Sometimes I do lose my balance when starting my squat and I'll usually just stop and reset immediately. I'm not sure what happened this time.
