Pretty good session today, I need to play with the percentages on OHP. I think I need heavier weights working up and then a bigger drop off for the rep set.

Hit it pretty hard today, feeling good right now. Allowing my bodyweight to start to creep up a little. I know I have 2 weeks away coming up so I will probably drop some weight, but I will find a gym to train at somewhere. Bw tonight was 210, up a couple pounds in the last few weeks. Added in some peanut butter and a couple bananas at night. Delicious.
Training is going well, conditioning is getting much better while strength should be on the rise!!!
