28/6 Event training
Notes: Trained outside, very good weather and it was a good time. Very taxing session today. Finished with deadlifts - max reps in 1:15 and it was hard. Tireflips and farmers were brutal too.
50kg e.h for 20m x2
80kge.h for 20m x4
100kg e.h for 20m x2
130kg e.h for 20m x1 - Damn this was heavy. Dropped the bags two times but got it done for a PR!
250-280kg tire (?), flips for time
8 flips in 40.4s - best time ever
8 flips in 32s -PB. Woha!
200kg for max reps in 1:15 - 5reps :/ felt like a ton. Grip and core were blasted from the farmers.
