Got out of work somewhat early, so I hit some very good work today.
Dynamic warm ups
A little over 1 mile jog (I hate running)
Just sled x 2 x 30 yards
45 x 6 sprints x 25 yards
*these were done in a rest pause manner, 15 deep breaths and then back at it
45x 2 x 50 yards
Sprinted there and walked back, walking with the sled is very difficult.
Poor man reverse hyper 3 x 10
Decline Sit Ups- bw x 2 x 20, plus 25 x 2 x 15
Side bends 4 x 12 each side
Need to focus on core strength a lot more. Needs to be a focus, so I can lift heavier weights. Good session.
