Monday Bench Press
Bench felt good, weights still feel heavy on bench. the set up is still feeling a little awkward. Had a slight mishap on my burnout set, good thing there were people in the gym.

Failed on rep 15, got it half way up and it came back down. Bar was just stuck on my chest, my buddy came to the rescue haha. Set up still does not feel great, I think it is my low back messing with me.

Really starting to figure these out.
Solid session today, I think I had a slight lack of calories over the weekend. I need to make sure I eat a lot more after strongman training. Yesterday was a very active day, with only a decent amount of calories. Post workout meal needs to be huge to recover for the week.
Looking for some good squats tomorrow. Planning to lighten up the weights on my next cycle of squats and go back to my chucks for a while. I think it will help my overall squat form. Got keep some variety.
