Thanks guys. Gonna go big and equipped on Monday again for max squat but working doubles for technique. If I can sit back more and stop the suit from bullying me forwards, I definitely have more in me

Today is dynamic effort bench though. Week 3 of speed wave with slingshot, some wide grip lockout work and a lot of assistance volume. Good times.
