here are a few exercises..a lot of the athletes i deal with have bad glute activation so I prescribe these exercises into their routines. (the girl is my assistant)





these could be used as a warm up before you start you squats and deadlifts or as accessory. You can load up the glute bridges with a barbell as well. Ive gone as high as 185 on the glute bridges.
