First squat felt off but knew what I needed to change and it worked. Actually thought I had a little left on the last attempt.

Bench, my eccentrics have slowed down a lot tried to speed the last one up. Pauses didn't happen but that's something I'm working on.

Different approach with deads today, wanted a PB and took bigger jumps to save myself, not so sure on that. Forgot to roll shorts up so lockouts were tough and grip failed on second attempt. I'm taking the third lift, it was close enough for me, just needed to pop the hips a little more but grip was wearing thin.

Not a bad week.
