Notes: Got a text from my buddy 30min before our training that he got stomac probs and bailed on me. Smash a Mountain Dog tribute leg session by myself, I would have got more reps with some competition, but really smashed it today anyway. Puked 3 times and it was WIN.

Im currently having 2 weeks vacation and just focusing on having fun in the gym and to do real brutal session trying out stuff I dont usually do. I also read some articles by John Meadows (aka Mountain Dog) and also by Dave Tate and his training with beforementioned and It got me really motivated to work outside my comfort zone. Its a whole other matter to fail on rep 10 or 15 than to fail on a heavy single or double, its another kind of struggle and i like the change.
