Help on Bench Lock out
I am wondering how am I able to work on my bench lock outs? could I use Board press? Pin press? or Slingshot press? I am looking to work on my weak points in my next cycle an help will be very helpful.
Squat: 450 @ 116kg
Bench: 301 @118kg
Dead Lift: 501 @118kg
